Please note that this policy covers the booking of 5P Training and forms part of our overall terms and conditions. (By making a firm booking for training we consider that you are agreeing to our terms and conditions).
We appreciate that occasions arise which necessitate individuals/organisations to cancel their booking due to unforeseen circumstances and we therefore try to adopt a flexible approach with each case. However there is often a cost implication for us when a booking is cancelled and we need to take this into account when making a decision to charge a fee. Should you find that you need to cancel or reschedule a Training booking we ask that you let us know as soon as possible.
Training events
1. Delegates attending centrally held 5P Approach training.
All fees must be received before the training date. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment has not been received by the due date.
There will be no charge to registered delegates wishing to substitute another delegate from the same organisation. Please make sure that you inform us of the change as soon as possible and within 24 hours of the training event. We will need any substitute delegate to provide all booking information and contact details.
There will be no charge to registered delegates who cancel a booking more than 10 working days prior to the training event. If cancellation notice is received less than 5 working days prior to the booking, the cancellation charge will be 50% of the booking fee. For cancellations less than 1 working day prior to the booking, the cancellation charge will be 100%. Please note that if we are able to find a replacement to fill the cancelled place, we will waive the cancellation fee.
In the unlikely event of the course being cancelled by us a full refund will be made unless the delegate transfers his or her booking to an alternative date for the course. For all bookings, the liability of the 5P Approach Consultancy shall be limited to the amount of the fee actually paid to us by the delegate. For this reason delegates are encouraged to not to book travel or accommodation more than two weeks prior to any course date.
Registration Information
Registration information for the course including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email after booking and at least 7 days prior to the event. The 5P Approach Consultancy will not be responsible for the non arrival of registration information. Any delegate not receiving the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us via the 5P website link or by phoning 07718 982 949
How we use your data
We use the data provided on your course booking form to communicate by email, post or telephone where necessary in order to process your booking and payment. Please see our privacy policy for more information about how your data is stored and processed.
Data provided on the booking form will not be passed onto any third party organisation.
2. Customised Training
For training that is delivered on the client’s site/own venue, there is no cancellation fee* if cancellation notice is received 20 working days prior to the booked date. If cancellation notice is received less than 20 working days but not more than 10 working days prior to the booking date, a cancellation charge of 50% of the overall training fee is applied. A 100% cancellation charge is applied to all cancellations made less than 10 working days prior to the booked training event.
* Please note that if the training event booked involves travel, accommodation or other additional costs (such as printed & tailor-made resources) this may be added to the cancellation fee if costs cannot be recouped.
